The Dorman brand is fairly popular.

If you go to RockAuto and look up the cooling fan for your PT, you will see which ones have the hearts beside them. Those are the popular brands.

Also, there have not been a huge number of reports of aftermarket brand PT radiator fans failing after just a couple of years. This does not really seem to be "thing" like it is with oxygen sensors and cam sensors. If I was you, I would just concentrate on not buying the brands you've been getting up until now.

Not specifically for the PT, but I've bought several radiator fans from Advance Auto. I buy them online and use a 30% or $40 off discount code depending on the price. And they've all worked fine with no failures so far.

Dorman is what we sell and what I have on mine. Lifetime warranty. If you have a problem, with proof of purchase, you can get it replaced.
