Question 2006, Security screw size for ignition assembly to column ?

Hello all, im werkin on me mums 06 cruiser and replacing the ignition assembly.
What is the size/type of security bit i need for the 2 large button head bolts that hold it on to the column on top ? I wasted $30 on a 130 pc security bit set and none of em fit. I guess i will drill em out the i will need to know what size bolts i would need to replace em. Would rather not have to drill em out .

I haven't replaced it, but I have it written down that it is a T30.

Finally got the darn thing off, boy those are some tough bolts to drill out !
HOw do i pull out the ignition cylinder from the housing ? i see plenty of infos for 01-05 but not 06 up.
I was hoping to just switch out the current cylinder with the replacement ignition assembly and re hook up the old security ring/box to avoid having to pay to have ecm programmed to the new key n immobilizer.

the peg in the center of the torx will break off with little effort and leave you a normal torx. put a flathead or small punch against the peg on an angle and tap it with a hammer. so easy it's stupid. try it
