Default fuel pressure bleeds down

I have a 2005 base convertible non-turbo. My fuel pressure bleeds down within a few mins. It runs great, but you have to turn the key on for few mins before you try and start it. I have checked and replaced the fuel pump because I found that it my be the check valve in the fuel pump module. I also checked pressure and fuel injectors for bleeding down. Both checked out good. The only thing I can think of is the line that goes from the fire wall to the fuel rail. It has what I think is some sort of damper, but I cant find anything one way or the other. I was wondering if anyone else has come a crossed this.
