Default Lower radiator support and central motor mount

I'm having a small coolant leakage problem in my 2008 PT Cruiser Touring AT (108800 miles). So, looking for the problem, went below the car while checking the radiator (yes.. seems it is leaking between plastic/aluminium) I notice two other issues that I'd like some guidance.

First, the central motor mount seems to be cracked. I'd like to hear your opinion. Here goes a photo.

Second, the lower radiator support doesn't have a hole below the drain plug for coolant draining. Do you think it isn't the original one and was replaced somewhere in the past?

That's the lower torque strut in your first pic, the center motor mount is different. If you replace the lower torque strut, you should probably also replace the upper torque strut at the same time, and there is a specific adjustment procedure that needs to be followed.
