Talking Compatability for Swapping

I am 16 and and have minimal car knowledge. I just purchased a 2007 PT Cruiser touring and I was wondering what the specifications are on the engine or if anybody knew what I could swap in. The car has a stock, automatic transmission with no preformance enhances on the Engine. Also has about 130,000 miles. Thank you to anybody who helps me out, it means a lot.

The PT you have has a 2.4 Liter, 150 HP engine.
"Swapping" in another engine would cost lots of money, as you would need a new computer and wiring harness to go with the new engine.

Welcome to the forum, young man. As far as an engine swap goes, there are ZERO swaps that would be cheap or easy. If you have about $100,000 you can get a Hemi powered transplant done.
