I have a 2002 Woody with 27k on it. The drivers seat clicks when I excellerate, decellerate, turn right or left(adjustment rails are on order), I don't think this is the fix. I also have a clucking noise from the front of the pt as I excellerate or decellerate. The dealership has looked at this problem over and over and can't find where the noise is comming from. Factory suggested replacing the motor mount, but they didn't. They tightened everything and said the noise has to be loader. Has anyone has these problems and has a fix? Art

The seat click is probably due to the seat locator pin rubbing in the slot it rests in. I got rid of this noise by unbolting the seat, slightly repositioning, and rebolting.

Well... when I told the service manager about procedure I found on ptdiy.net that would take only a few minutes to do, he said that those fellows have a lot of time to play around and that they will replace the rails. As for the popping noise, the service manager told me that it has to get noisier for them (been in the shop 4 times), so I called Chrysler and now have a ticket open on that problem.
