Default N/A PT manual transmission on turbo motor?

I've been having a lot of trouble finding a getrag or a t850 from an srt4 so I was wondering if the transmission of the n/a PT would hold up to 300 hp or would it just destroy itself?

Depending on hoe you treat it. If you hammer on it, it will grenade. If you take it a little easy on the launches and shifts, it should be OK. It would be better to find the heavier duty unit, but the NVT-350 is a pretty robust unit all things considered.

Is there any modifications I can make to keep it together or should I just find a getrag later on?

If the inside of the bellhousing is greasy, you might change the input bearing. Part number SKF FC67560.

You might also replace the axle seals and buy or make some diff saver tabs. I made mine at home. You can see them in this thread: i killed it.

i'd also recommend leaving the factory type bushings in the shifter if you plan to beat on it. there's no reason to get stiffer "booger bushings" so many recommend here. the soft factory ones will be easier on the shift forks, shift fork pads, synchros, bronze bushings in the case where the shift rail levers pass through, etc. people like the way they make the shifter feel but most of these people are older and don't beat the **** out of their cars the way i do.

Other than that, beat the hell out of it and have fun. Unless you add super sticky tires or an overly aggressive clutch, i think you'll be fine.

Personally I'd just leave it together and beat the hell out of it. You have enough details to deal with right now

So for the cv axles, are the automatic axles the same as the manual transmissions cv axles? And if not, will the 2004 - 10 manual cv axles work on a 2003 and below manual transmission?

autozone is a good source for getting info like this.

for my 2002 the auto axle is longer and has fewer splines.

i would assume they would not fit. if you'd like to check for yourself head over to autozone.com and plug in all the info for both vehicles.

The turbo ATX axels fit the t350 swap just fine. Mine are the car's originals and I swapped the t350 three and a half years ago.
