Default Power Steering Pump?!

I bought my beautiful 2001 PT Cruiser in June 2016 but had to replace the power steering hose a month later when turning the steering wheel became incredibly loud and difficult. Everything had been going well after that replacement until yesterday. I got the car's battery replaced and got the oil changed, but the mechanics said they noticed that the power steering was making noise again. I had noticed it the past few weeks, but the noise is still very faint--nothing like the atrocious noises from this summer. I've checked the power steering fluid and it's completely filled up, so I don't think there's a leak in the hose, which makes me think it might have something to do with the pump? The noise is still relatively quiet and turning the wheel isn't troublesome. It also doesn't become audible until I've already been driving for several minutes, meaning it's silent for the beginning of each trip. I'm inclined to continue monitoring the situation until it worsens...? Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks so much!!!

Use full synthetic chrysler ATF +4 and use seafoam transtune to flush out the old fluid. that should fix the problem the cheapest way.
