Default reoccurring p0141 and p0135 codes

good evening everyone

I been racking my brain with this all weekend and need the aid of veteran PT owners.

I replaced both o2 sensors and reset the codes. and it keeps coming back. I did some checking and figured i'd re-seat the PCM cables. I saw some brake fluid in the light blue socket (second from the right next to the green), i blew out the socket and pins with compressed air, cleaned the area and re-seated the cables connected the battery and bam codes again, 1st the 141 and shortly 135 code.

The car runs great, there is "slight" rough idle at times, i only know because I see my dash mounted tablet vibrate, maybe due to o2 not working?

I hear i can use WD40 to clean the PCM sockets.

Also thinking maybe the Auto Shutdown Relay?

Just bought it used, 55500 miles

Did you properly install the 02 sensors? If not aware of it there are steps to properly install the sensors.
Did you reset the engine trouble codes with an OBDII Scan Tool?

The key to successfully replacing any HO2 or O2 sensor.

Spray area of sensor with a air dry cleaner
Remove sensor from exhaust component.
Either use a tap and chase the thread or a small wire brush to clean the threads.
Apply a very small amount of anti-seize to the threads.
Using only a Oxygen sensor installation socket install and torque to value as per the instructions from the sensor used or as per a Factory Service Manual.
Apply dielectric grease to the connector housing and re-connect with the chassis harness
Secure the harness away from direct contact of exhaust components.
Using a Diagnostic tool go into the diagnostic connector and check and clear any codes making note of any existing codes.

I followed that to the letter & reset the codes. After a few miles the light goes on. Both connectors looked clean & normal and clicked in.

bosch sensors were used.

I would suggest you post what you have done to diagnose the issue. It looks like you have done some research on it.
