Have an 03 turbo w/ strut bar 27mm sway bar and Eibach lowering springs. Which shocks should I use for improved handling on the street and track?

The two most popular aftermarket shocks are the Konis and Tokicos. The Konis are adjustable, though not from inside the car, of course. The Tokicos are less expensive - you can pick up a set brand spanking new on eBay for about $265 including shipping.
I don't know of anybody who's actually done side by side comparison testing of the two, but it seems all the Koni owners and very pleased with their shocks, and the Tokico owners are happy with theirs as well! I have the Tokicos and I can tell you that they really tamed the more aggressive spring rate of my GoldLine lowering springs. Of course, if you want the ultimate, go with a set of full coilovers. They'll set you back $1100 or more, and they need to be set up properly in order to acheive their full potential. |

I would encourage you to consider selling your Eibach lowering springs and go with the Mopar/KW coil over package. Both front and rear are height adjustable and the performance is great. The down side is cost is more.
