Default Flashing CEL p0138 help

So I have a 2004 PT Cruiser GT 2.4 Turbo 108xxx
It has been idling roughly for a while, which I contributed to cold starts. Then the CEL came on with p0138, po172, po301 and po504. I changed plugs/wires, intake manifold gasket, both o2 sensors and the oil pressure safety sensor and even the gas cap. I put everything back together and the car seemed fine for 2 days and then the CEL lit up and started flashing and went away which is never a good sign. Back to rough drivability and intermittent flashing CEL. Have only been able to pull a po138 code which is for the downstream o2, which I have replaced. So now I'm stumped. Idle stays around 750 on start up and 800 at idle stop. Could this be a failed Cat or head gasket or something else that's gonna give me a giant headache or something as easy as dumping fuel injector cleaner in my tank or maybe the timing is off? I searched the forums and have found bits and pieces related to my issue but nothing this specific. If anyone has a any suggestions or ideas, it would be much appreciated!
