Default New Ignition Parts

I just installed the Champion Double Platinum plugs, Live Wires, and a Screamin Demon Coil. I gapped the plugs at .065 as Performance Distributors suggested. The job was not very difficult at all and the car runs stronger throughout exceleration. I really like the looks of the colored wires.

.065 is a large gap - typically the gap widens over time, hope you don't have to re-gap too often. Sounds like the coil can easily handle it. [?]

You should have checked out the threads concerning gapping your plugs. Most folks running a screamin demon and double platinums are running plug gaps of, .040 to .045. I have an 03 non-turbo and mine are gapped at .045. Runs great too.
Did you reset your computer after the install? Just disconnect the battery, wait a few minutes and reconnect. After I reset the computer my milage went through the roof. I just saw a real world 28.75 MPG at 75MPH. Thats up from an average of 24.35MPG.

I previously reported a real world 28.75MPG. This was one way to work (135 miles), on my return trip The MPG was slightly lower. BUT, my average MPG was 26.1 MPG at 75 MPH. The air conditioning was not running and all windows, including sunroof, were open. I have an automatic trans.
