Default New timing belt, no spark no fuel

Hi all I'm new to this site and new to PTs. I need help in getting my 2008 running. I'm about ready for the gas can and match.

Here is what I have done:

Replaced broken timing belt, water pump, pulleys
verified 1 up and valves closed
The picture is of the timing marks, 1/4 tooth off. Could not get any better.

After replacement no spark no fuel:
bore scoped all cylinder and valve are OK
checked crank sensor 5V on off when turned by hand
checked cam sensor got power and signal out
checked coil, no spark but power in and signal with diode probe
I believe I have 12V to fuel pump but I am not sure which wires are power, get 12V when key is first turned on
Have 100# and 120# compression on 1 and 4.
Turned over with valve cover off and both cams are turning.
Have check engine light when key on and tack when cranking
Checked fuses in fuse box, could not find any others

Have codes U1415 and U1414 which say unrecognized data which I don't know what that means.
Also have B212D, ignition run only input circuit open. Not to sure what that means either

I would hot wire the fuel pump if I knew which wires so I could eliminate that issue.

Though about putting on coil just not sure if that is the real issue with the U codes since it could be the computer.

I don't what to start throwing parts at the car and hoping for the best. I read the other post where people have spent thousands for a simple problem.

Thanks for ANY help that is offered.

Welcome to the forum from Texas.

First, sorry to hear about the trouble getting it to start. Was the Cruiser running previous to replacing the belt, or did you buy it needing a belt? Replacing the belt should not cause a no fuel/no spark situation. Check all of your electrical connections to make sure they are plugged correctly.

Switch the cam sensor and coil connectors. Seems to happen weekly here lately

U1415: ECM Data missing at Airbag.

NUMBER: 08-007-08

SUBJECT: No Engine Crank Or No Engine Start Due To Electronic Lockup Of The WCM / SKREEM

https://fortin.ca/en/qa/19623/faq-ts...r-wcm-no-start

The WCM might be able to reset by either disconnecting and then reconnect the battery negative cable at the battery, or by removing the IOD fuse (with the key out of the ignition switch) waiting 30 seconds, and reinstall the IOD fuse.

The girlfriends daughter was driving it when it broke. I checked the connections but i will certainly check again.
Great point on the picture I will check it but I am almost positive of the writing being up when installed.
I apologize I don't know what IOD fuse is or the WCM. Thanks for all the input and if you think of anything else let me know please

Added a better picture and the writing is up. Thanks for noticing that. I just hope I was not totally asleep when I put this thing back together.

For sure the connections are in the right place. Leads wont reach other location and I had to repair the cam connection. Thanks

Battery has been off for days with no change in the condition. I will try the other procedures and see what happens. Thanks
