Default Coolant overflow bottle

I'm replacing the bottle on my 05 GT and my question, what diameter size and length is the rubber hose? The non turbo models come with the hose attached and the turbos don't. I would compare my old hose but my brother in law was "helping" and took it off and can't find it, go Figure! Thanks

The size of the hose (most any hose that can handle heat some pressure up to say 30 psi and at least semi chemical specifically petroleum based chemical resistant) can be universal 9.5mm or 3/8 and any length that gets it from the radiator cap thermostat housing to the coolant reservoir. So about say 18 inches to 2.5 feet should be adjustable cutting to a custom fit.

There is NO reason you can not use a longer or shorter hose length for this area of the cooling system to say reroute for cosmetic or maybe improved routing from the original location.

In checking the Part's Catalog, the MOPAR part number appears to be 04266423 which is carried in bulk. Some sources want a small fortune for an entire roll:

You could likely call your local dealership and when they look up the part number in their system, it may have enough info in the specs that they can give you the size you need.

Your local parts store might be able able to look it up in their system the specs for it and they carry hose in bulk that you can get as much as you need.

Or AutoZone carries a universal replacement, 3/8" x 2', if that's the correct size:

You could take the new bottle with you to ensure that whatever you get fits the nipple.
