It'd also help if I had a five speed manuel, I think... Does anyone know if I can change my transmition? Manuels are more fun anyways.

Sure a slushbox to 4-speed conversion works when you turn a slant-six-and-automatic Barracuda into a cloned Hemi-Cuda, but it aint gonna be worth it in a PT, Unless, of course, you are dropping in a Hemi. ![]()

well... there goes THAT plan, heh. Thanks for the advise.
I suppose if I'm going to upgrade my cruiser anymore I'm just going to wait and buy a base line GT with a manual already built in. |

I looked at my 01 - only removable part in the airbox looked to be the White "Venturi" sort of looking plastic intake at the top...
I'm certainly no engineer, but are not veturis a kinda of good thing to have near intakes????? Cruiser3.jpg joe |

Sorry to burst your bubble but neither an intake, exhaust or header is going to give you any more power you'll really feel. It'll make a nice sound, but that's about it. The PT non turbo is a great cruiser for driving around. Be happy you have some wheels to drive around in. Fast and Furious the non turbo isn't and never will be.
