2001 Pt limited.jpg

It is missing Florida now. Just finished this one for the most part except for upper torque strut replacement and new dash. 76,000 actual miles. This one is a 2001 Limited, I'm starting to like this stuff, is that normal?

not normal for me. i can modify things to be better than new all day with a smile, but fixing broken things to their original state drives me nuts. only exceptions to this are simple things like sharpening pencils, opening a fresh beer, reorganizing tools, or installing a fresh blade into an x-acto knife

For a PT Cruiser, I'd say it is normal. Once you understand the way these cars are designed, they seem to become very easy to work on. And the parts mostly fit multiple cars so they are cheap and readily available. Fixing up a PT is kind of addictive. To me, it's more like play than actual work.
