Exclamation A/C problem. please help.

Hey guys, so i'm new to the domestic style a/c systems and have ran into a problem on our cruiser. It's a non turbo cruiser limited. After recharging the system (had to do timing belt), it blew cold air for a couple minutes, gradually got warm and then shot refrigerant out of the release valve on the compressor. I did some research and found that they have issues with the liquid line (orifice tube) so i replaced that. We then re-charged the a/c system and blew cold again for a couple minutes then went warm. We kept the machine hooked up to the vehicle so we could get pressure measurements. The low side climbed up to roughly 105psi and the high side sat at 100 psi. The compressor is kicking on and off. When it kicks on, the low side drops to 90 psi then when the compressor shuts off it goes back to 105 psi while the high side stays at 100 psi. I dont want to call chrysler again because they tried to tell me i needed an evaporator because the expansion valve is built into it but when i checked all data, expansion valve went straight to the orifice tube. I'm trying not to have to rebuild the whole a/c system so more in put would be much appreciated.

You need to know your ambient temps to judge pressures properly - VERY roughly- 2.5 times ambient on high side - around 30% of ambient on low side. This is VERY ROUGHLY ESTIMATED but good enough as a rule of thumb as anything over or under by a large amount = problems.

Here's a pretty good diagnostic starter for ten guide that might help you

Hi pressure-- did you pull a vacuum before charging?

Is the High speed radiator cooling fan blowing air over the condenser?

well the ambient temp around here was roughly 85 degrees with high humidity due to the wild fires going on. every site that i have looked at is saying it is compressor related so i ordered a compressor kit that comes with the new drier, orifice tube, flush kit, gaskets and oils.
