Default Engine vibration at idle.

Engine vibration at idle started after P0401
code came on second time. First time code came and
disappear, then second time it came back after about 3 months.
Decided to change EGR valve with modulator.
Since I was already under the hood, replaced

spark plugs gapped at 0.42 "champions", distributor, new wires,
throttle body cleaned new gasket installed,
pcv valve and hose, egr valve and modulator 2 new gaskets and rubber ring. all parts confirm oem

After all installed, started engine and noticed that before,
engine started immediately, now it takes two turns for engine
to start. Is it normal for engine to start on second
turn,rather then immediately?
Rpm steady.
No codes.

Vibration still there almost at the same level may.
What could be other causes of engine vibration?

I read forum posts on vibration causes,
engine mounts and timing belts seems to be
prevalent causes.
In my case timing belt was relapsed, this was verified
by service shop I took car in for inspection and head gasket
Is there away to check motor mounts?

2002 PT LIMITED 93000 miles
Thank You.
