Default Water Marks on the bumper

I have a 2002 "Woody" with standard gray bumpers. I have what looks like water mark on the bumper that donot wash or wipe off. As soon as it dries the white marks reappear. I have tride Simple Green full strength, still water marks. Does anyone have the fix?

Let me guess - a rectangle on each side, right? They are tape marks - do a search and see you're not alone.
I found Finish 2000 hides them for a while, but they don't go away unless you have bumpers painted.

No...... What I have looks like a run off water mark if you don't dry the bumper. I read the tape mark article, but my mark is not from tape.

Could it be wax/polish runoff from when you wax? Try peanut butter or vegetable oil - seriously - takes off wax.

I had some scuff marks on my mirror and used some tire dressing (Turtle Wax Tire Shine)on a rag to polish the plastic and it made the scuff disappear...
