Default Anyone remember when...

I asked about the black plastic piece near the foglights on the drivers side?

Well if you get up under the car and look at it, mine connects to the fender area, so all the air going into that area goes right into the fender. Sort of like a air channel straight to the air fender pipe.

Does this make sense to anyone?
At least thats how mine connects.
I thought it was for the brakes to cool but it really goes up into the fender.

It makes sense to me for breathing purposes.

Piece, just inside the foglamp opening?
Routes air to the well and brakes, but indirectly prolly shunts some air towards the well where the airbox intake is as well...or maybe it does jack sh-t.[]

Not sure but I know it looks like jack when not there.

Just figured I would ask yet another useless question of mine.

I think Adam would agree. When we installed my UCP he noticed that my AirForce 1 didn't lean all the way over to the hole in the fender like his intake did. I admit that his design may have had more logical thought (redundant?) but on a daily driver PTGT I don't think it matters one or two iotas where the air comes in. But, at WOT mine is sucking air so fast I have to crack the sun roof or pass out from lack of oxygen! Love that Stage I.
