Checking warranty info?

I bought my PT used. It is a 2002. I know it has the 3yr 36,000 bumber to bumper, but how do I check if it has the powertraing?

Do you mean "powertrain"? In with the owners manual you should have a few other booklets that tell you about the car warranty, goodyear tire warranty, roadside assistance etc. Mine's a 2001 and it had the "Basic Limited Warranty" and it says it "covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair any defective item on your vehicle that was supplied by Daimler-Chrysler Motors Corp".

That would include your Powertrain.

The 7/70 powertrain warranty is not tansferable unless a DC extended warranty plan is purchased. I read that this week when I was reading up on extended warranties.
