Hey everyone, I am planning on putting dual exhuast on my cruiser this coming summer. Or rather, when I run into enough money to do so. I want to put duals on, but a little different then most people have. I like to be different. I want to buy the APC side skirts with the cutouts for running the dual exhuast out the sides, instead of out the back. My question now is... Will a flowmaster Super 40 series muffler fit right past the catilytic converter? I dont want to go with a glass-pack, becuase I think it'll be a little to loud. I love the flowmaster tone, so its a no brainer for me, IF however it'll fit under there. I forgot to check today, when I was under the car changing the oil. But I tried looking today at school, and it appears that there might be hope. But if anyone knows if this is possible, let me know! Thanks! Matt [?] |

I think that's a great idea, can't shed any light on install. I would think someone has a kit for that set up, they make everything else for our cars.

Turbomangt, I have seen 1 place that sells a kit, containing the exhuast pipes and what not, as well as the APC side skirts. California Cruisers sell them for $700+ shipping. Thats a little much in my opinion, considering the side skirts are only about $200 shipped. Well, if anyone knows if a muffler other then a glass pack would fit somewhere between the cat, and about the rear doors, I would like all the input I can get. I am at school now till Thanksgiving, so I wont be getting the car on ramps anytime soon to check myself. Thanks everyone! Matt [?]
