Ground Zero Air Suspension System

Just had the "Drop Zones" Ground Zero Air Suspension System installed in my 2001 PT. All things considered, I would not purchase this kit again. Service there is a mess, I purchased an upgraded system and it came with a painted black air receiver tank, all the ads showed chrome. Purchased a chrome and it was shipped 2-day instead of next day as requested. I received a faulty solenoid and requested that it be sent next day air and it was shipped ground. My PT was in the shop for almost two weeks due to shipping errors. Being on the east coast and them on the west, the 3 hour time difference did not help. All and all its not a bad system just terrible service and support (they never returned call that they said they would). Again avoid DZMotorsports.com.

Sorry to hear that, I have several friends who used Air Ride Technologies (http://www.airride.com/) and they have been very satisfied with their products.
OH, well live and learn. Maybe your complaint will get back to them and they will try to make things right. Stranger things have happened.
