Default Any Pros/Cos with Strut Braces during Winter?

I was wondering if there would be any pros/cons with keeping the strut braces on during winter season. I just installed my BTG's about a week ago.

Never gave it a thought. Have had mine on thru past 2 winters - why wouldn't you want better steering year 'round?[:I]

Not sure, that's why I asked. I figured with the strut braces on, the car maybe more/less responsive with the snow/ice.

crazy Eddie:

No problem with the strut brace in snow. Had mine for 31/2 years, in snow up to 8" (Xenon air dam acted like a plow), and on some ice with no adverse effect. enjoy it!

You're too young to remember this Taylormade, but in about 87' Tucson had about an inch of snow at Christmas.

My basic rule in snow/ice: Do everything GRADUALLY - Steering, braking, and acceleration. Quick inputs of any kind are what cause grief in snow/ice. The strut bar will make steering more responsive, just turn wheel slower in snow/ice.
That one rule has got me thru storms where I passed 4x4s.[?]
