Sounds like a small radiator fan since 1200 cfm is about what a 4 cylinder engine needs for cooling. However, most 9" fans don't get close to 1200 cfm. That volume rating is more common for a 14-16" fan. Of course the 40 hp is a dream.

if you had a carburetor this may not be all that bad of an idea. not so for fuel injection vehicles.
...hit the switch and go. This is better than nitrous with no effects on the engine in any way. The Electric Supercharger... no effects...SWEET [:I]
