Turbo to a non-turbo car??????????
I have a non-turbo Pt and just recently aquired a Turbo Pt that was totaled. It is an automatic AutoStick and mine is a 5 speed. Will I need the manual wiring harness and computer for a 5 speed turbo or can I make the automatic harness work?

 We couldn't let a fellow PT'er get in over his head, and possibly ruin his PT! [B)] On a lighter note, I still think your PT is way better looking than 99% of the PT's I've seen in my area; that is except mine. [ ][^] J/K!

A GT will have 3 PCM wiring harness plugged to the PCM, 1 is missing. The Auto GT's will have 4.
I never did a motor swap, so I have no clue if it'll ever work.

No it will not work. Way too many differences to discuss here. your best bet is to find another car similar to wahat you are trying to do or Fix the GT.
