How hard would it be to replace one?

lower mount (pencil strut)
upper mount (torque strut)
socket set and 30min/each for first timer

No removing of the engine to mount? I believe mine is the lower passenger side one. The dealer could do it today and it looks like awhile when I take it in tommorrow.

Well got it back today. I suppose it runs better, no grinding, it was the upper passeger side mount.
