Default after recall repair: new rubbing noise

my car is making a terrible rubbing noise when it is cold, anytime the steering wheel is turned I had the recall "fixed" with the hoses replaced, and I was having a leak evident on the stained garage floor, but since then (about mid Dec) whenever it's cold..below freezing, until i've got the engine very warm (after 30 minutes or so) that noise doesn't stop. I do NOT notice the noise when it's consistently 40 degrees or above.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

I would call dealer that did recall right away and talk to service dept.
Hard to "picture" what a rubbing noise would sound like. What year PT you have? There was a service bulletin about misaligned power steering pulley, but why would that go away with warmth??? [:I]

How to describe "rubbing noise".... suffice to say that it makes the noise even if I'm sitting in the driveway, not moving, and just turning the wheel slightly to right or left. Maybe grinding would be a better word.
Anyway, tonight it's supposed to get to -1 degrees, so I decided to leave it at the dealership overnight so they can hear the "cold start" noise.
