Getting ready to do a tune up on my PT...

What do the plugs need to be torqued at?

13 (+/- 2) ft-lbs MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED per the shop manual.

and 13 ft.lbs. isn't very much, so be careful. Don't forget the Anti-Seize Lubricant on the plugs and Dielectric Grease for the wires.

Just finished putting new Magnecor wires in mine.
Should look like this when you are finished.

(Before reinstalling the manifold)

I sure do miss my old H-D Shovelhead. Every bolt on that engine had the exact same torque spec:

Two Grunts and a (4-syllable expletive that describes Oedipus Rex).
