Probably have to remove the front piece and then roll up the baffle, hopefully that will do it. I have the same problem and was able to remove the whole piece on the left side, but could not get the right one out, so I just left it alone.

Inquiring minds wnat to know what you find out???

This works for me. Buy a garden claw one those 3 prong jobs. saw the 2 outer prongs off. Once you have your tool With the engine cold remove the screw from the bottom. Run the Cruiser till the engine is warm and with your 2 dollar special tool put the hook in the center of the baffle and it will come right out. Be careful to use an oven mitt to pick up the baffle because it will be hot enough to really burn you.. I'm on my third baffle.
