How the *$#!) do you get the old baffles out of there?? They were rusting so I got new ones from Bassani but those old buggers are really stuck...

Yeah... finally got them out.
A little WD40 and alot of elbox grease and they finally loosened and pulled out. |

This works for me. Buy a garden claw one those 3 prong jobs. saw the 2 outer prongs off. Once you have your tool With the engine cold remove the screw from the bottom. Run the Cruiser till the engine is warm and with your 2 dollar special tool put the hook in the center of the baffle and it will come right out. Be careful to use an oven mitt to pick up the baffle because it will be hot enough to really burn you.. I'm on my third baffle.
