Both are Touring CRDs (Mercedes Benz 220 CDI engine). 2003 and 2005.

2step, that's wrong, the new one is on the right side. In Europe, since 2004 they have the antenna back on the roof. But the old one is in condition like new.

@Don (from Alt-Oberndorf ): I sold the 2003 with 32.000 km on the odo (< 20.000 miles). The only difference: the new one has a moonroof.
