On top of this page, there's an FAQ. Click on that and it will open up a new page with questions and answer as to how to do things. See if you can understand what is being said, and if not, ask again as to the parts that you don't understand. The biggest thing is to have your pictures already posted on some web site that will allow the picture to be transfered. There are a number of "photo centers" that will allow pictures to be posted for free. www.imagestation.com is one of them. Sign up and post some pictures that you might want to transfer over to any of the forums.
