inserting photo in new topic

I'm new at this. I have a photo of my PTC on
my desk top and I can't seem to drag it or copy it to
the new topic section. Pls help. Thanx.

Pics can't be copied or dragged from desktop to forum. The pic has to be on the web/internet already before you can transfer it to a forum. There are a number of places to store pictures on the internet, some free some not. I use www.photobucket.com which is free but they ask for a donation if you like their services. Once you have the picture on a service, it's just a matter of a couple of clicks to get it over here.
