I'm new at this. I have a photo of my PTC on
my desk top and I can't seem to drag it or copy it to the new topic section. Pls help. Thanx. |

Mike,
Pics can't be copied or dragged from desktop to forum. The pic has to be on the web/internet already before you can transfer it to a forum. There are a number of places to store pictures on the internet, some free some not. I use www.photobucket.com which is free but they ask for a donation if you like their services. Once you have the picture on a service, it's just a matter of a couple of clicks to get it over here.
