Default magnacore wires

Hello everyone. I plan on purchasing some magnacore wires. Which one should I get? I know there are a couple of sizes, 8mm or the 8.5mm. Also where is the cheapest place to get them? Thanks.

Go for lowest ohms/ft. Best I found was Crane wires - 25 ohms/ft at RaceAndStreet.Com.

You will find no diff between 8 or 8.5. Most people's decision rests with color. I have Magnecore and love them. Crane wires are good, too.
Magnecore here.

I followed Mean Green's recommendation. [8D] Magnacor 8mm (blue) Performance Ignition Cables were installed on my Cruiser this past week and look sharp in my engine bay. They are great! [8)]

First off just get those stock POS wires off the car. Any aftermarket performance wires will work. With our short runs resistance and size are not that important as much as quality is. I went with MOPAR high performance blue and they work great. Had experience in Daughters NEON for 60,000 miles and they looked as good as new when she sold her Neon. Her stock wires at 60,000 miles actualy caused her car to almost stop running on her honeymoon! She had to limp in to a stealer who tuned her up for $300.00.

I think that the reason some people dont get the crans are because they only come in black....Some get caught up in the color which doeas nothing for performance....the cranes probably the best or darn close to the best you can get right now...they have the lowest resistance out there....
