Paying up to $ 300 for this intake system seems quite high.

Id rather go to Home Depot and make up my own HOMEBREW attachment. [:I] [:I] [:I]

Have to say that I like the K&N Drop-in, no silencers, AMX TTAB option a lot better, myself. It was smuch cheaper too, and not as much chance of hot underhood air seeping in....PLus my btg tower bar fits fine.

That's the route to go. An intake is a high priced item that is a waste of money that you don't need. To gain a couple of hp, lose a bunch of torque and suck in hot engine air to make the intercooler work harder just for the sake of having something that looks full race is not a wise choice. [xx(]
