After having problems with lines blowing off I tie wrapped all lines or installed hose clamps. Now I have a new one for you! While checking for a boosst leak as performance was off, but not gone,I found a soft rubber elbow that had ruptured. It was still attached, but blown at the bend. The elbow is located on the black line coming off the turbo under the turbo inlet hose coming from the air cleaner(which has to be removed for access). There is a "t" fitting and at one end of the fitting is the elbow. Why Chrysler used such a cheap soft elbow is beond me let alone no clamps on any of the lines. So if your performance has dropped off and you have checked to insure your lines are still attached, check the elbow!
