Default TurboXS RFL BOV and AGPTurbo BOP installed!!

Installed.
Not too hard. Took about 2 1/2 hours including a short trip to Pep Boys.
(I needed vac line and high temp copper gasket maker stuff)

I shouldve taken pics of the install, but my camera was dead from CTF3!!!
AGP BOP install:
Removed airbox and intake piping from the turbo up.
Removed battery and unbolted fuse box.
Hardest part was getting the stock BOV off.
The lower left bolt is hard to reach. Ratchet wont fit but small wrench worked slowly - but fine. Unbolted right and top bolts first, and then rotating the stock BOV out of the way helped a bit. Stock BOV has a weak spring, easy to see how it could leak boost.
Put a small bead of gasket compound around perimeter of the BOP.
Bolted BOP on. Good fit.

TurboXS RFL BOV and AGP Flange:
Damn this thing is MUCH larger than I expected!!
Installed 3 of 6 washers in BOV.
Loosened pipe clamp @ the throttle body.
I cut the webbing off the i/c pipe from the top down to about the bottom of the battery tray. Judged the install location by eye then marked and cut the piping, bottom first. Cut like butter. Marked, then removed about 2" from the top portion.
Installed AGP BOV flange in line, adjusted for fit. Looked good. Removed BOV and ran vac line from BOV to vac "hub" I built. Reinstalled and tightened included pipe clamps.
Reinstalled fuse box, battery and intake.
I had to bend the + battery tap down a bit to stop from rubbing the BOV.
Now fits perfectly.

BOV is working the way it should.
Blows off anything over 3-5psi when the TB is closed abruptly.

RFL is just that - REALLY F'N LOUD!!!!! SICK!
Its SCARY! Makes heads turn.

Still get a flutter under 3-4 psi.
When it blows off, no flutter.
Im gonna remove all the washers to see how it responds.
Will keep you posted.

I'm Using the HKS SSBOV, and it was really a little difficult to get used to the sound of the BOV. It is really loud too, but I'm used to it now & I actually kind of like it. Between the amx1397 turbo up intake and the BOV, theres never any question when I'm coming down the street even goin slow. I love it. However if the speed limit ever gets bent a little all of the intake mods and the tuned Hi flow exhaust leaves no question as to " WHO DUN IT".
