Looking to replace plugs and wires and found this: is it true?

I was searching the web for spark plug wires for my 03 GT and came across this on this website: replacement.autopartswarehouse.com

"This wire set contains only two wires (for #1 and #3 cylinders). Cylinders #2 and #4 each have a coil connected directly to the spark plug, so ignition wires are not necessary for those two cylinders."

Is this true?

NO,there are 4 wires on all PT 2.4L engines, there is one coil with 4 plug wire terminals, and a power connector from the PCM.

That page is wrong, look at the '04 or '05 page they are the same parts as you need:
