Tommy,
I will jump on the bandwagon, as soon as the particulars (Warranty & DEQ) are worked out "the check will be in the mail".

Thanks again for being "Our Go To Guy".

Called my local dealer service dept. to get a labor quote for the stage 1, the guy was clueless... Uh stage one?

Then when I told him the components involved he quoted me 6 Hours @ $80 per!

Anyone know how long it should really take, or if this is something we should attempt on our own. ( I am thinking warranty, thats why I prefer the dealer to install it)

UniqTwin has quoted between 1.5 - 2.0 for inexperienced bakyard guys like us... an honest experienced machanic would probably whip it out in 45 to t60 minutes while eating his lunch and talking on the phone!!

So to use the Stage II, will you already have to have the Stage I ? I don't want to drop the money on the Stage I and then find out I have to ditch it to ue the Stage II.
I don't think the warranty concerns are the big problem, I think it's dealers and service departments that engage in unscrupulous practices.
Reference the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975, which is overseen by the Federal Trade Commision. In essence, what it says is that the only way they can 'void' any part of your warranty is if the modification caused a failure for which you are seeking warranty work. They cannot simply see something on your car and say 'Uh oh, you voided your entire warranty.'.If they do be firm, but calm and let them know that you know your rights under the Warranty Act and that if they don't follow it's guidelines you can make a complaint with the FTC, which would put them in violation of *Federal* law.In addition, even if they do say the mod caused the failure, they have to state that in writing and then prove it.Obviously if you have the BC cranked up to 20PSI and come in with a blown head gasket, you are kind of on your own, but most service departments engage in intimidation and/or are ignorant of the facts themselves. Kind of like when you went to buy your GT and you knew more about it than the sales guy.

Guys if you wait awhile the big Mopar Performance dealers like Mancini Racing, Summit and Koller Dodge typicaly sell MP parts about 25% below the suggested retail. That would get the Stage 1 kit down to the low 300's.
