H.O. Turbo Gone?
Why do you suppose the H.O. Turbo is gone? The only turbo available on new PT's is the light.

My guess is that Chrysler wants the new 260 HP HHR to outsell the PT.

Gone. Too many of them still sitting on the lots. A guy on another forum just picked up a new '05 GT off of a dealer.

I did a little digging. I think Chrysler is introducing their new "World Engine." It's a 2.4 liter like the old. Maybe the Mexicans are out of a job now. The new 260 hp is a "World Engine." Other at less hp is also available.

My opinion is because of the new extended warranty, and that the auto tranny craps out regularly on GTs.
