Default i know it has been discussed but , what REGULAR type plugs , wires and gap

the thread search was not to clear on best choice - WHICH REGULAR plugs are the best option for a stock Gt with all 3 silencers removed and drop-in K&N - for best power and reliability - i prefer to stay with a non controversial plug ( no problems ) WHAT GAP SPACE -
ALSO, which wires work good ( again- no-problem wires ) any of the store brands better than stock ?- ie. pepboys, autozone , advanced

The best wires are Cranes from www.RaceAndStreet.com .
The Champion copper plus plugs are fine, gap them at 0.040 (many go even closer).
