would a high flow cat help a stock GT

Default would a high flow cat help a stock GT

if i just change the the cat and keep the stock muffler would it help power on a stock GT ( removed 3 silencers + knn filter )

Not really. The 2 1/4" stock exhaust is still a bottleneck. You would really need a turboback exhaust to really help turbo spool up and get to your power quicker. What are you looking for powerwise?

i am wanting to maximize power available from stock setup - next thing i will do is change plugs and wires - you mentioned the champions and cranes - what part numbers ( what about the ngk v plug - ) what plug did chrysler use ? best gap - some local dealers carry delco wires , bosch , msd - any of these better than stock ?
