At least get a boost gauge hooked up to see what kind of boost you are making. You need to shore up any leaks.
You can easily do the spring mod for a little more boost. Dump the BTG intake. If I remember correctly it is just an open filter in the engine compartment sucking up a bunch of hot air. This is not helpful in building power. Do the airbox mod and use the airbox to turbo inlet pipe from the BTG to connect the stock box.
Get a set of hard pipes and make sure you have no boost leaks when you install them.
You don't say what year your GT is but if you have the aluminum intake manifold you can update that to the plastic manifold quite easily for better flow.
Of course R&R the wires.
You need to build up around the S1, both intake and exhaust side to take full advantage of it.
Again, get a boost gauge at least. As they say, "you have to know where you are to know how to get where you are going".
