Default PERFORMANCE PLUG WIRES 4 GT'Z

Ok I just got this from the Mopar Parts Dept. performance wires for the GT, the part # is P-4876511[?] the wires say Mopar on the wires

What makes them Performance Wires? Copper wound core? Super low resistance? High temp? Mopar Performance sticker?

BTW - Don't waste a cent on wires if you only goal is to 'increase performance' Looks, yes......but they won't do squat for
'performance'...

THE MOPAR STICKER OF COURSE, THE CHROME BELT LINE KIT DOESNT DO MUCH FOR THE HP EITHER

Performance wires indicate less resistance, measured in ohms/foot, which is accomplished by using larger dia. wire. In our case, the wires are <1'(~6"-9") which probably don't require a performance quality wire. In the "old days" where wires were up to 2.5' long and only 1 coil was used, resistance could theoretically decrease the spark to the plug. With todays coil-per-plug design, I'm not sure the performance wires accomplish as much as they "supposedly" did years ago.
