Jeep Chrysler of Ontario sucks!

On the bright side the car didn't run worse than when I took it in today, but they also didn't fix the tranny either.I will never buy another Chrysler, and never from that dealer again!They will lie right to your face, they will pull shady stunts like pulling the orange line off the turbo, and tell you they fixed it. This is not a five star dealer!

I had dropped the GT off yesterday morning, and picked it up late in the afternoon. I was told the tranny was just fine and the pressures were ideal. This morning on the way to work the CEL came on, and the tranny locked in 2nd gear. When I tried to pull over into a gas station it died, and took 5 times to start (it died every time I put it in gear) before I could move it out of traffic lanes! I checked for codes and got PO700, then I disconnected the battery for a couple of minutes hoping to be abel to get to work, and I did make it.I called the service manager when he came in aroud 7:00 AM.He said that the next time it happened to call a tow truck. I left work early to avoid the traffic and made it home. I took it back to the dealer and talked to the service manager, then I went to talk to the General Manager of the facility. I let him know how pissed off I was and that I wasn't going to jepordise my life ,or the life of my wife to show them a code. I was assured the situation would be corrected. Time will tell!

They are now rebuilding the trans. I guess the talk helped, and they said that the pressures were off this time. This is the second time that the tranny has been rebuilt now.I am hoping that this time it lasts more than 30k miles.

glad they are rebuliding it, it sucks you have to get so pissed to get anything done most times !!
