Unless there is something unique about these cars, the ground calbe will do the same thing. That is what I always did with my mustang.

There is a "made-for-GT" Airaid coming out...I am going to order from raceandstreet.com tomorrow. I think it is $144 or so.

Oh...I thought it JUST became available, as I was not able to find it even on www.airaid.com ; also I was told by Race and Street that their first shipment arrives tomorrow (Tuesday).
I just want to make sure that even for a mechanically unsound person like me can install it myself.

I just received my Airaid for PT TURBO today, part # 300-138. I will install it tonight and post some pictures soon.
sakigt, I honestly think that you have one that is for non-GT, as it was just available on www.airaid.com since July 22. Is the "Airaid Filter Tune-Up Kit" necessary?

Im 99.999954% sure I have the one for the turbo. The ONLY reason teh box didnt fit is because of my aftermarket hood. The same thing happened to n/a PTs when they tried to install the Airraid for that model. Post some pics...

I have finally got it installed. Here are the pictures.
The engine sounds so strong, and feels much more powerful at high speeds (160km/h+). No more hesitation at high speeds!!!

I`m new to this group. This is my 2nd PT but my 1st GT. I put on the airaid intake also. Didn`t see much of a difference. What other cheap mods can be done to the GT to help it perform better??
