Welcome to the forum.
Found this in a search.... "For '05 and up you upgrade to 235hp 275 ft-lbs torque measured at the Wheels. The original Stage kits up to and including '04 were measured at the crank, you have 10 to 15% loss with a 5 speed manual trans and 20% with the auto trans."

What I mean is what is the difference in the H.O.'s from '04 to '05. If you look up the hp #'s, I am pretty sure they are the same. If I am thinking right it was '06 before Chrysler switched to the plastic intake giving the PT's 10 extra horsies (220hp-230hp)

They did, but Chrysler still said 220 crank hp stock on the '05 even though it was really 230 crank hp with the plastic intake. For '06 the GTs all came with the plastic intake and 230 stock crank hp.

After doing some research it appears that about mid-'05 is when the intakes were switched. So, some '05's will have plastic intakes and some will have aluminum intakes.

When you buy stage 1 for 03 you get the bigger injectors, looks like you get the bigger injectors with 04 too.
Mopar Performance: Performance Parts & Pricing You don't get them (already bigger from the factory) with 05 onwards, so this and the plastic manifold should let you know what hp to expect.
