Default Ok I give where are these silencers?

I'm seeing talk about removing silencers to increase the turbo sound and a bit of performance. I've also seen a K&N filter mentioned.
Can someone provide details and instructions and maybe part numbers? I've checked ptdiy but didn't find details.
Thanks

The K&N part # is the same for n/a and GT. Check Moss motors, JCWhitney, Race n Street or PTTuning maybe. There is one white silencer inside of the air box. There is another one running from fender to inside of air box. Then inside of the black tube running from the air box to the turbo is is another one. Just chuck it all and get a aftermarket one[?]Good Luck!

Ok I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I opened the air box, the lid has a white piece with a sectioned ring attached to it. The ring sections seem removeable but not the entire white piece. Under the filter was another black section of tubing that looked like it could come apart. Is all of that removed? On the tube going to the turbo is about a 6 inch section of plastic.

At this time I'm not wanting to replace the entire assembly.
