Default stage 3 turbo

hi,

is this the same turbo like the stage 3 kit?

eBay Motors: T3/T4 TURBO T04E MUSTAGE NEON SRT-4 CAVALIER FOCUS T3T4 (item 110263403943 end time Jun-23-08 18:57:22 PDT)

Don't know what you mean. There's only stage 1 for PTs, Neon SRTs have stage 1 and stage 2. I know of no stage 3.

As QSD pointed out, and the ad you linked to says, it's for the SRT-4, and won't work with the PT Turbo.

* also there's a small cravat at the bottom of the ad which reads: Not legal for sale or use on pollution controlled motor vehicles.

Wow, sorry, I'm just not understanding what your trying to say.

If your asking which Turbo is the one used for the Stage 3 in your link, then that's: TD05HR-15GK2-10cm2 Turbo Unit

But (1) you need a different manifold, larger injectors and upgraded ECU; (2) it's made to fit with other parts (can't just swap Turbo's); (3) it's made for the SRT; ( 4) It's illegal on pollution controlled cars - which means every car on the road.

P.S. Thanks I am having a nice day except it's raining (again) so I'm in the middle of clay baring and waxing the PT in the garage.

sorry my english is not so good, i am from germany

if i use bigger injectors (for example 682 cc/min), get the motor then more fuel?

Your forgetting the ECU (Engine Control Unit). It's in the picture of the kit you linked to (square unit). High Flow fuel pump assembly, pressure regulated fuel rail assembly, new 3 Bar MAP & TIP sensors ....... yea, if you get it all it might work on the PT.

Also, something else you said that's not right. You said the stock Turbo & Maniflod are the same on the SRT and PT. The manifolds are completely different and if you try to use the manifold from the SRT-4 on the PT, in won't fit in the engine bay.

Your really better off just sticking with PT Cruiser parts that are made for the PT. Stage 1, BOV, hard down tube, boost controller; all that, which fits just nice into the PT will give you all the performance you should need. Don't forget to upgrade your suspension, good tires, flowthru exhaust and some sort of cool air intake.
