I have read that "The Chrysler PT Turbo's High Output, turbocharged 2.4-liter engine creates 12.9 psi boost, 215 horsepower at 5000 rpm and 245 lb.-ft. of torque at 3600 rpm, with more than 90 percent of peak torque from 2300 to 5000 rpm. Compression ratio: 8:1:1, Max RPM - 6240, Unleaded premium 91 octane (R+M)/2 fuel is recommended. The PT turbocharger is intercooled. It is integrated into the exhaust manifold and has a computer/vaccum controlled wastegate..."

Cop Tzer,

I use an A'PEXi AVC-R boost controller and it is settup for 14 PSI With no problems ever. Anything over 15PSI over a prolonged period, the fuel system will dry up and go to a lean condition. Stage I is scheduled to go up to 16.5 PSI with the bigger injectors included in the kit.

My factory settings in the "Auto Stick" where 14 PSI and then drop to 12.5 PSI.

Ian

Your MAP and TIP sensors go out of their range at about 16-17 lbs, but guys are boosting to 18lbs. I don't know if I would go over 16 lbs consistently because of head gasket limitations.
